Sun, Dec 8 3:00 – 8:00pm Join fellow Carolina Club members at UNC Alumni Night to support your alma mater and cheer on your fellow Tar Heels as the Charlotte Hornets take on the Atlanta Hawks! We have reserved several sections in the upper and lower bowls for the Carolina Club so that you can watch the game together in Carolina Blue or your Hornets gear.
This is a great family-friendly event that kicks off with exclusive access to the pre-game shoot-around, blocks of tickets to the game, a free t-shirt and a post-game Q&A with some of the former Tar Heel players (Marvin Williams, Jackson Simmons and Vince Carter). As always, we’ve got tickets at different price points so everyone can enjoy a great night out with the family!
We’ll confirm the players participating in Q&A closer to game time.
Game Day Information
Please bring your entire group to our main 5th street entrance at 3:10pm. The entire group will need to have their tickets to come through security. We encourage everyone to download the Hornets App and bring up their tickets electronically.
Our Hornets rep (AnnaGrace Foell) will meet you at the main entrance and escort you down to the section where you will be watching warm ups. The experience only lasts for a certain period of time and any guests arriving after 3:40pm will not be permitted in for Behind the Scenes and will need to wait for regular arena entry. If you are participating in the High Five Tunnel, you will receive a separate email with information and a waiver to sign and bring with you on Sunday.
We’ll get back together at the end of the game to and go back into the arena for the post-game Q&A. We’ll give those details at the shoot-around.
While we know this is an exciting experience we ask all guests to stay in their seats during behind the scenes. No autographs, player meet and greets or pictures with players will be allowed during this time. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
