Wed, Oct 12 (10a – 8p) We’re helping our friends at Oaklore Distilling get ready for their official opening. You are welcome to come and go throughout the day, but if you are wanting to avoid peak hours, it is suggested you arrive early.

Oaklore is a brand new Whiskey/Spirit distillery located in Matthews. Oaklore owners, Tom and Courtney Bogan are Carolina graduates who are starting a LOCAL distillery! Oaklore is located in a charming, quaint, and intimate space that fits 50 indoors. It also has outdoor seating. You’ll be able to taste their spirits, buy merchandise and purchase bottles (including a “priceless gem” that will get your attention) from their shop as if they were fully open – but before the general public gets to. Come prepared to try, buy, and offer feedback to the Oaklore team.

Kiddos are welcome. Oaklore has kid-friendly slushies as well as “adult-friendly” slushies.
